Suzana is amazing. She's very hard-working and very pro-active. She will find things to do and always ask if she has any questions. She's very happy, very enthusiastic and speaks very nicely to people. She's also very reliable. I could always count on her.
I've known Suzana for about 2-3 years. Her mum used to babysit for me, and then Suzana took over. Suzana's very mature for her age, very soft-spoken, but very patient and positive with the children. She adapts to their needs and she has a lot of flexibility. She's also very reliable. She really seems to enjoy being with children, and I'd highly recommend her.
