Natalia's great, and will be great in childcare for you. She has worked with us (an agency placing her with schools) for over 2 years. She has great feedback from schools, and is always reliable. Although she has been ad hoc, she is always available and never sick. She's always on time too for pre-bookings, I've never had any issues with her. As a person, she's polite, adaptable and has a good working style. She always represents the agency well and performs well in the school setting.
Natalia worked as supply Teaching Assistant from November 2022 to September 2024. There were no reported safeguarding concerns during this time, and she was reliable during this time.
