She's really kind and really very thoughtful; so for example, she bought presents for all our children on their birthday. She's exceptionally reliable - she was only ever late once and that was because of a transport problem, and she told us about it in advance. She's really hard-working and handles the children well when they are grumpy. She's also calm and very conscientious. Also, Lucie takes the initiative, for example with play dates organised with other parents and nannies. I'd definitely recommend her.
She looked after my children very well. She has been looking after my two kids (4 and 1) and I've known her for three and a half years. She's open, very kind and really good with children. She would wake them up in the morning, make them breakfast and then take them out - everything! She would take them to playgroups, museums and do outdoor activities.

1.0“Unreliable and very financially-driven. When I came home on Wed evening my son was wide awake standing in his cot in the dark and Lucie was watching TV in the lounge. When I made a new booking for 5.5h a day instead of the usual 6.5h I received a rude message from her telling me that unless I increase the hours I’d better look for someone else. Then she just didn’t turn up the next day without giving us any notice. -- We are so sorry you did not have a positive experience with Lucie. We are providing your feedback directly to Lucie and we are investigating what happened -- The KidSitter team - the KidSitter Team”

5.0“This was my first time using kidsitters or anyone who we don't know. Lucie was lovely and settled in with the kids very quickly so by the time I left not long after I was feeling comfortable that they had taken to her well. They are particularly lively so I was obviously hoping she would enjoy her time with them and cope with them ok. I didn't see her afterwards but she sent me photos during the day which was great. I would recommend Lucie and would be more than happy for her to come again”
