I’m a caring, friendly and reliable person with a lot of experience working with children and young people. I currently work in a SEND school and have also worked in colleges, PRUs, nurseries and preschools, as well as supporting vulnerable young people and elderly people. I come from a big family, so I’m naturally comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities. Parents can feel confident leaving their children with me because I’m patient, responsible and attentive, and I always make sure children feel safe, comfortable and have fun while in my care.

Esmahan started with us in June 2025 as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting students aged 11-16 years old. Her duties included supporting students with their learning and communication, assisting with personal care where required, promoting positive behaviour, supporting students during lessons and activities, and helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. Esmahan is confident, proactive and regularly contributes ideas to support both students and the wider team. She builds positive relationships with both students and colleagues and is a valued member of the team. I would be happy to recommend Esmahan as a babysitter. She is caring and kind.
I have known Esmahan for six years. During this time, she has helped me with childcare and looking after my children. My children were from the age of three when Esmahan started helping me. Her responsibilities included supervising the children, keeping them safe, helping with their daily routines and ensuring they were well cared for. She was helpful, attentive and caring, and I was happy with the way she looked after them. Esmahan is a kind, patient and trustworthy person. She grew up helping care for her younger siblings, including her youngest sibling, who has Down syndrome. She has also gained experience caring for elderly people and supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. In her current role, she works with students with profound and multiple disabilities, which reflects her patience, compassion and dedication to supporting others. Having known her for six years, I have always felt comfortable trusting her with my children because I know she genuinely cares about their safety and wellbeing. She is responsible, approachable and has a natural ability to build positive relationships with children. I would happily recommend Esmahan to other families looking for someone caring, patient and reliable to look after their children. I believe she would bring a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and genuine care to any childcare role.
