Nadia joined our household in a childcare and governess capacity, caring for our daughter from newborn stage. She supported her daily routines, development, carly learning and confidence, and adapted her approach as our daughter grew. Nadia was attentive, patient and consistent, and she created a secure and positive environment while respecting our parenting preferences. After approximately two years, Nadia's role expanded and transitioned into a House Manager / Personal Assistant position as our family's requirements changed. She took on wider responsibility for household organisation, appointments, schedules, correspondence, staff coordination and day-to-day family administration, while continuing t o remain closely involved with our daughter and family. She is trustworthy, dependable, discreet and highly organised. She handled increasing responsibility with maturity and good judgement, remained calm under pressure and communicated clearly Her ability to move successfully from a childcare-focused position into a broader household-management role reflected the confidence we had in her capabilities. Throughout her time with us, Nadia respected our family's privacy and maintained professional standards. Zaynab looked after my three children from August 2023 until the beginning of January 2026. She worked full-time caring for our youngest child, who was 10 months old when she started, and also provided after-school care for our two older children, who were aged 4 and 8. Her responsibilities included caring for the baby throughout the day, preparing meals and snacks, changing and dressing, following the child’s daily routine, organising age-appropriate activities and making sure the children were always safe and well cared for. She also looked after the older children after school, helping with their meals, activities, routines and general supervision. Zaynab was extremely reliable, punctual and organised. She was always on time, took her responsibilities seriously and could be trusted to manage the children and their routines independently. She was very responsible, patient, attentive and caring. Most importantly, all three of our children absolutely loved Zaynab and formed a very close bond with her. She was warm and affectionate with them while still being responsible and maintaining their routines. We always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care. Zaynab performed her duties very well throughout the time she worked with our family, and I would happily recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring childcare provider.

We have had the chance to have Daniela looking after our four boys for over two years now (from 3.5 and birth) and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family. She is a calm and loving person, and has lots of patience with children. My children love her. She listens and engages with them across a whole range of activities throughout the day. She is very nurturing and smiling. When it comes to discipline, she is calm and patient. She is very professional, and also flexible and very helpful with hours and housework. When babysitting she would always use the time while the children sleep to make the house tidy. We feel very lucky that Daniela cared for our children. We see her as part of the family. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family who is after a clam and loving nanny for children.

Employment: Nanny - June 2026 - Present Pharmacy Dispenser - Montu Pharmacy, September 2025 - January 2026Experience: 2+ yearsEducation: LLM in Legal Practice (SQE Prep), College of Legal Practice, 2026-PresentLanguages: Urdu, Punjabi

Nafisa helped me with school pick-ups during July 2026 and provided additional support when I needed to take my children to various summer holiday activities, such as soft play, football and other outings. My son was 7 years old and my daughter was 4 years old at the time. Her responsibilities included collecting the children from school, supervising and caring for them, accompanying them to activities and ensuring they were safe, comfortable and well looked after. Nafisa was excellent. My son is autistic, and she was very understanding of his individual needs. She knew how to support and reassure him when he became upset or had a tantrum. She was always calm, patient and nurturing towards him and had a lovely way of making him feel comfortable and at ease. I felt confident knowing that both of my children were in her care. She is very bubbly, friendly, approachable and easy to get along with. She is warm, caring and engaging with the children, and I found her to be reliable and trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nafisa to other families. My son still talks about her, which shows how positive his experience was. I would be very happy to use her services again in the future.

Employment: Private Kids PA for HNW family | Childcare and Educational Support | London | April 2024 – PresentExperience: 5+ yearsEducation: BA (Honours) Fashion Marketing and Promotion | Westminster University London | September 2020 – May 2023 UAL Level 3 Year 2: Art and Design — Distinction | Barnfield College Luton | September 2019 – June 2020Languages: French, Arabic

I have known Khadija for approximately two years. I came to know her through the school, where I saw her working closely with a young girl with Down syndrome. Khadija supported her as a Teaching Assistant and PA, both in the classroom and during her social activities. I also saw how she interacted with other children and members of staff. Khadija did a really good job in her role. She was very patient, caring and attentive with the child, while also being bubbly, energetic and engaging. She was able to build a lovely relationship with her while maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries when necessary. I would describe Khadija as a warm, kind and responsible person. She is naturally caring and patient, but she also knows how to provide structure and consistency. She was always professional in her interactions with the children and staff. I would definitely recommend Khadija to another family. From what I have seen of her work, I believe she would be a caring, trustworthy and responsible person to have working with children.
