About me

My passion for childcare comes from the joy of watching children grow, discover new abilities and develop confidence. Over the years, I have built meaningful relationships with families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am warm, patient, discreet and dependable, with a calm, nurturing approach. I respect each family's values, traditions and parenting preferences while encouraging children's independence, emotional wellbeing and positive development. Above all, I take pride in creating a safe, happy environment where children feel loved, understood and valued.

Activities Nadia likes to do with children

I love planning fun, creative and educational activities tailored to each child's age, interests and developmental stage. Babies and toddlers: Supervised tummy time, sensory exploration, visual tracking, hand-eye coordination, nursery rhymes, interactive storytelling, music and movement, and activities supporting early cognitive development and fine and gross motor skills. Young children: Arts and crafts, pottery, fluid bear workshops, painting, splash painting, baking, imaginative play, puzzles, construction games, messy play and interactive reading sessions. School-age children and teenagers: Educational outings, museum and gallery visits, science activities, creative workshops, homework support, reading, sports, swimming, horse riding and age-appropriate cultural experiences. I particularly enjoy organising structured indoor and outdoor activities, including trips to parks, children's attractions and educational venues. I also encourage children to develop independence, confidence, creativity, teamwork and social skills. My approach combines learning through play with positive encouragement, emotional wellbeing and age-appropriate developmental goals. I believe children thrive when activities are enjoyable, engaging and thoughtfully planned around their individual personalities and abilities.

Nadia joined our household in a childcare and governess capacity, caring for our daughter from newborn stage. She supported her daily routines, development, carly learning and confidence, and adapted her approach as our daughter grew. Nadia was attentive, patient and consistent, and she created a secure and positive environment while respecting our parenting preferences. After approximately two years, Nadia's role expanded and transitioned into a House Manager / Personal Assistant position as our family's requirements changed. She took on wider responsibility for household organisation, appointments, schedules, correspondence, staff coordination and day-to-day family administration, while continuing t o remain closely involved with our daughter and family. She is trustworthy, dependable, discreet and highly organised. She handled increasing responsibility with maturity and good judgement, remained calm under pressure and communicated clearly Her ability to move successfully from a childcare-focused position into a broader household-management role reflected the confidence we had in her capabilities. Throughout her time with us, Nadia respected our family's privacy and maintained professional standards. She was adaptable when plans changed, resourceful when challenges arose and committed t o ensuring that both our daughter's needs and the wider household requirements were managed effectively. I would be very happy to recommend Nadia for future governess, nanny, family-support,
