Employment: I am a highly experienced British Nanny, Governess, Maternity Nurse and Newborn Care Specialist with over 10 years of professional childcare experience, supporting children from newborns through to teenagers. My professional background includes working within prestigious Middle Eastern Royal and UHNW households in London and the Gulf region. I have extensive experience in formal, fully staffed private residences, providing sole-charge and shared childcare while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism. My expertise includes newborn and infant care, feeding, weaning, sleep routines, developmental milestones, supervised tummy time, sensory stimulation, early cognitive development and fine and gross motor skills. I am multilingual, with native-level English, fluent Urdu and Hindi, and a working understanding of Arabic. My experience within Middle Eastern households has strengthened my cultural sensitivity, understanding of family traditions and ability to work collaboratively with diverse, multicultural teams. I am warm, nurturing, patient, organised and proactive, with a strong commitment to children's safety, emotional wellbeing, confidence and development. I have excellent professional references and am available for temporary, occasional, overnight and longer-term childcare appointments.Experience: 10+ yearsEducation: BA (Hons) Business Management and Entrepreneurship – London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) | Currently studying, final year CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources | Completed Dec 2024 CACHE LeveLanguages: Urdu, Hindi, ArabicSkills: BA (Hons) Business Management and Entrepreneurship, CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources, CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Children Support and Learning, EYFS Teaching Diploma, OCN Maternity Nurse Level 4, Newborn Care Specialist Certification – International Nanny Association

Nadia joined our household in a childcare and governess capacity, caring for our daughter from newborn stage. She supported her daily routines, development, carly learning and confidence, and adapted her approach as our daughter grew. Nadia was attentive, patient and consistent, and she created a secure and positive environment while respecting our parenting preferences. After approximately two years, Nadia's role expanded and transitioned into a House Manager / Personal Assistant position as our family's requirements changed. She took on wider responsibility for household organisation, appointments, schedules, correspondence, staff coordination and day-to-day family administration, while continuing t o remain closely involved with our daughter and family. She is trustworthy, dependable, discreet and highly organised. She handled increasing responsibility with maturity and good judgement, remained calm under pressure and communicated clearly Her ability to move successfully from a childcare-focused position into a broader household-management role reflected the confidence we had in her capabilities. Throughout her time with us, Nadia respected our family's privacy and maintained professional standards. She was adaptable when plans changed, resourceful when challenges arose and committed t o ensuring that both our daughter's needs and the wider household requirements were managed effectively. I would be very happy to recommend Nadia for future governess, nanny, family-support,
Zainab

Zaynab looked after my three children from August 2023 until the beginning of January 2026. She worked full-time caring for our youngest child, who was 10 months old when she started, and also provided after-school care for our two older children, who were aged 4 and 8. Her responsibilities included caring for the baby throughout the day, preparing meals and snacks, changing and dressing, following the child’s daily routine, organising age-appropriate activities and making sure the children were always safe and well cared for. She also looked after the older children after school, helping with their meals, activities, routines and general supervision. Zaynab was extremely reliable, punctual and organised. She was always on time, took her responsibilities seriously and could be trusted to manage the children and their routines independently. She was very responsible, patient, attentive and caring. Most importantly, all three of our children absolutely loved Zaynab and formed a very close bond with her. She was warm and affectionate with them while still being responsible and maintaining their routines. We always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care. Zaynab performed her duties very well throughout the time she worked with our family, and I would happily recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring childcare provider.
