Shannen worked for me in 2014/2015, so I've known her for about five year. She's friendly, very good with people and trustworthy. She's extremely reliable and also very punctual - always on time. Overall, she's very trustworthy. I would employ her again in a moment.
Shannen started working with us around 3 years ago. She was a social care worker / residential care worker looking after children from a wide age range, from 6 years to 17 years old. She's excellent - a very hard worker, brilliant at her role. She had a lovely approach to working with kids, and she was very consistent with her work.
