I am a professional child carer who is very keen in children's holistic development. I pay a lot of attention and I implement the health and safety rules on all work situations. I like to plan the children activities according to the children's interest and to support their developments. I am very experienced at planning suitable routines and can sleep train, prepare healthy meals and support weaning as well as potty training. I can also observe children and identify their stages of development, positive and unwanted behaviour and improve children behaviour through praise and encouragement as well using effective methods. Sarah looked after two kids. She prepared breakfast, got them ready and took them to school in the morning. She also picked them up after school. She knew what she was doing. Everything with the kids was properly coordinated. She is a very good person and also very bubbly. She played games with the children, took them to their activities - camping, scouts, shopping, park, etc. She is definitely qualified to look after children due to her planning skills.
Sarah looked after 2 kids (2.5 and 1). She was very good and was filling in for our nanny, but at the end she stayed with us for a bit. She was really nice and the kids were at ease with her. They warmed up quickly to Sarah and it was shocking as we have only left them with the nanny; even my friends took notice and commented and she was really good. Sarah followed the schedule they were in and took them to play groups they normally went to. Definitely will recommend her and we also still use her from time to time.
