I am confident that the experience and skills Nora has gained during her time at our school will be valuable in her future education and career. I would be happy to recommend her for future opportunities.

I have worked closely with Nora Zaadane for the past five years within our specialist SEND school The Avenue School, where she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to inclusive, sensory-informed practice. Throughout our time working together, Nora has shown excellent teamwork, clear communication, and a child-centred approach that supports the regulation, engagement, and wellbeing of pupils with complex needs. Nora’s ability to collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary professionals has strengthened the quality of provision across our school setting environment.
