I am a warm, reliable and experienced nanny with over 7 years of experience caring for children of different ages. I am passionate about supporting children’s growth, development and well-being while creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment where they feel loved, confident and secure. I have experience with daily childcare routines, school runs, meal preparation, organising fun and educational activities, homework support and helping children develop independence and good manners. I also have experience providing private tutoring, including supporting primary-school-aged children with their learning. I hold a valid DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification, and I can provide references. Marvis is a lively and loveable person. She doesn't really let things get her down - she tries to get the best out of everything. She's very committed and dedicated to her work. She was reliable and never late - at least without a good reason. She's a good person to be around I'd say.
She has babysat for me, frequently and I don't really use babysitters. But Marvis is very patient and really attentive - she updates me and sends me pictures when I am out. I felt comfortable with her because my son warmed up to her very quickly. It's a bit difficult to put him to sleep, but she has managed to do without any hassle. I feel at ease whenever she's with him. She's a really kind person. My son was about a year and 3 months old when she started looking after her.
