The children I work with have a variety of needs including additional needs and I have opportunities to work with babies/toddlers and teenagers also. I’ve known Jodie for coming up on three years, we were colleagues up until before Christmas. We worked together at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and we worked together to care for the children there through play. Jodie is patient, kind, fair and fun. She is warm and creative, always adjusting things to children’s likes/dislikes and encouraging developmental progress. I would absolutely trust her to have sole charge of children and would highly recommend her for childcare
