I've seen Irene with groups of children. She gets down onto the same level as the kids and plays with them well. She is kind, patient and friendly, as well as dependable. I would happily leave my children in her care.
I have observed her interacting with the little ones within my hometown, on a number of different occasions - for example at the supermarket, in the park, etc. She is sympathetic, patient, nice and she has a sense of humour and empathy. Without a doubt I would leave my children with her and the children would be happy for that.
