I am a PGCE-trained teacher (UCL) and I have significant babysitting experience for a family friends from 6-month-old up until the age of 5 (daughter). My responsibilities included personal care such as changing nappies, preparing meals and organising activities. I am a current primary school teacher, which includes using strategies to supporting children’s learning as well as delivering tailored interventions. She looked after my daughter from 6 months to 5 years. She was my babysitter. Highly, highly reliable, punctual, nurturing, good with the kids, takes her job very seriously. She was always on-time and with good communication.
I'm the Special needs co-ordinator and line-managed Fatima at the school. I've known Fatima for over a year and a half. She's fantastic - such a good teaching assistant. She's amazing, really diligent, hard-working and great communicator with the children and staff. She's fantastic - takes on everything that's said, and implements recommendations from psychologists and other specialists. She's just incredible - if I had children of my own, I'd take her. She's one of the best TA's I've ever worked with.
