I have known Evangeline in a childcare capacity and can confidently recommend her. She currently works in a nursery and has 2 years’ experience as a child carer. Evangeline is hard-working, reliable, and punctual. She takes her responsibilities seriously and is someone you can depend on. With children, Evangeline is warm, funny, and engaging. She connects really well with them and creates a fun, nurturing environment. She also shows excellent initiative and is very good at foreseeing the needs of a child before they arise. At the same time, she balances warmth with firmness when it comes to boundaries and discipline. She is fair, consistent, and ensures children feel safe and respected. Evangeline holds a full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate and is trained to respond calmly and appropriately in any situation. She is kind, patient, and genuinely loves working with children. I have no hesitation in recommending Evangeline for any role involving the care of young children.
I've know her about a year. I'm the manager of a nursery and Evangeline works for me. Evangeline is really good, excellent with the children - always willing to help out, always very helpful in general. I have no safeguarding concerns at all about her. She's great!
