I've known Andreia for about eleven months now. She was working for me as a teaching assistant at school. She is a very positive girl and a good team player. She is always thinking of the students and she wants to do well for the students. Although she is young, she takes on-board feedback very well. He punctuality was good. She was supportive and also good with the parents.
Andrea was very bubbly, very chatty and a lovely girl. She was also a kind-hearted person. She was with us in a number of different roles. She would always turn up on time, if not a little bit early. And she would stay late when we needed her to - she was flexible, which was very helpful. She is a naturally chatty and sociable girl.
