Employment: I currently work within the Endoscopy field, where I have gained two years of experience working in a healthcare environment. This role has strengthened my communication skills, professionalism, ability to work effectively with patients and families, and my understanding of the importance of confidentiality, sensitivity and safeguarding. Alongside my healthcare experience, I have worked within Children’s Services at a local contact centre for the past eight years as a Contact Supervisor.
