I have known both professionally through her work as a Nursery Nurse in St Michael's Primary School and personally, as she has also cared for my own children through babysitting. In her professional role, Carina has demonstrated a genuine commitment to the care, education and development of young children. She has a warm and positive approach and is particularly skilled at creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities that children enjoy while also supporting their learning and development. She understands that high-quality early years provision is about much more than simply supervising children. She is able to provide purposeful educational activities and experiences which encourage children to explore, communicate, develop their independence and build their confidence. She has a good understanding of the responsibilities involved in working within an early years environment, including the importance of safeguarding, appropriate supervision, relevant legislation and statutory staff-to-child ratios. On a personal level, I have trusted Carina to babysit and care for my own children. This is perhaps one of the strongest recommendations I can give. I have always found her to be honest, trustworthy, dependable and responsible. She takes the responsibility of caring for children seriously while maintaining a friendly, nurturing and enjoyable environment for them. Carina builds positive relationships with children and has the ability to combine care and nurture with approp

I have known Beverley for around two years. She has helped me to look after my children on many occasions. I met her through one of my friends who is familiar with her at the nursery she works in. Beverley is really bubbly and has a nice character. My kids love when she comes over they are always laughing with her. Besides that she is really organised and attentive. She’s is always asking the right questions, which makes my planning easier. She is a really good person. Beverley is really trustworthy, she communicates really clearly with me when I’m booking with her. A lot of the time, I can book her last minute which can be helpful. She also lets me know her schedule to avoid complications. i would definitely recommend her working with children. She is a natural and has lots of experience, and you can tell she enjoys what she does.

Tetiana has been looking after my son for around 5 months, and she continues to look after him on a more occasional basis now that he attends nursery. He is currently 1 year old, so she has cared for him throughout quite a young stage. Her responsibilities have included feeding him, changing nappies, putting him down for naps, playing and engaging with him, taking him out for walks and generally managing his routine and care while I work. I’ve been very happy with Tetiana. She is reliable, caring, patient and trustworthy, and Teddy is very comfortable and has built a great rapport with her. I’ve always felt confident leaving him in her care, and the fact that I’ve continued working with her even after Teddy started nursery hopefully speaks for itself. I’d be very happy to recommend her for childcare work. Please feel free to let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to know.
